great customer service. product arrived on time.

Purchased the calmer product after reading great reviews! They are actually pointless and if you manage to get them in your ears (I did with a struggle) they don’t do anything. Flare have blocked me on their Facebook page so I can’t add any comments advising people not to bother.

Nothing seems to have have happened yet.

Product has not yet been received 7 weeks out from shipping confirmation. Flare Audio was notified a week ago and I have not received a resolution.

I have only rated poor in the sense that they did not work for me. I only purchased them as other people were saying that they helped with their tinitus, which I have had for 7yrs. This was not the case for me. Since trying them, my tinitus has got worse/louder. They were definitely worth giving them a go to see if they could help eliminate that constant high pitch sound that only disappears when there is noise around you. Probably a great product for what they were designed for.

While these are comfortable and easy to adjust to, they did not increase sound quality or decrease distortion for me, so they did not result in reduced stress.

Didn't work for me unfortunately. Ordered after reading reviews as I suffer with tinnitus which seems to be getting louder. I also get irritated with high sharp noises. They weren't expensive so was worth a try.

I purchased this item to see if it would calm out the ringing of my Tinnitus, sorry to say that I could not tell any difference in the ringing or the regular noises ( TV, RADIO, TALKING)

I have sent multiple email and reached out to you on Facebook. I have never had a response from you. These things simply plus my ears up and I can hear my self breath, talk and eat no matter what I do to adjust them. as a matter of fact I have an ear infection and I have not had one since I was little. I wonder if these things are causing it?? any way, how do I get my money back because I am tired of waiting on help from you guys. Please send a return label.

Not a good fit if you have small ears so because of this it was difficult to rate whether they made any difference. They definitely made no difference to tinnitus.
A one size fits all doesn’t seem workable

After reading the reviews posted about the tinnitus relief I just had to give these a try. I know that they are not specifically for tinnitus but I can whole heartedly confirm that they do help no end. I have suffered for the last 3 decades with sometimes very bad tinnitus. I noticed within a very small amount of time a vast improvement in my discomfort. I find the Flare Audio really easy to insert and they are barely noticeable. And as far as the effect on stress I have found that the sound filtering has worked wonders. Everything is less noisy and crisper sound. Can highly recommend them.
